Alpha_BLE can use Bluetooth 4.0 low energy by Quadrep BLE model to control the Bluetooth light color change

Key Function:
SCAN : Scan device.
Connect/Disconnect: connect /Disconnect to host.
Device Name : Display QUADREP-BLE.
Signal : Display signal strength.
Link Status: Connected、Disconnect、Connecting.
Host Status: Normal、Lock white.
Effect mode: (1) Normal -- Fast changed color (2) SLOW -- Slow changed color.
Color select: (1) WHITE RED (2) YELLOW (3) GREEN (4) LIGHT BLUE (5) BLUE (6) PURPLE (7) AUTO RUN
Auto color: (1) ON : Run auto color. (2) OFF : Stop auto color.
